There was a high of 46 degrees last week and it’s amazing what a little yard raking and a 30-minute run can do to your spirits. They are predicting 65 degree weather this Sunday. Look out! Heat wave! If this weather comes through then you will definitely see me out on the bike. Yahoo!
The tendonitis in my right knee is improving, but not 100% yet. I have been able to get in some great running and swimming pain free. The physical therapy exercises and a deep tissue massage over the weekend have been a great help.
Last week I traveled to Rochester and had Coach Joe perform a bike fit with the new Cervelo P2. Take a look at how the angles of my positioning have changed from the Orbea road bike to the Cervelo tri bike with the completed bike fit. I am now fit for Ironman speed and comfort.

Monday: strength training + core workout
Tuesday: 60 min run
Wednesday: 30 min run + 3,000 yd swim
Thursday: 30 min run + core workout
Friday: 30 min run + 1,900 yd swim
Saturday: 30 min run + 60 min bike
Sunday: 90 min bike + 3,300 yd swim
