As I write it’s snowing outside, but there have been some definite signs of spring in the past week.
Exhibit A: Muddy puppy.
I was able to get outside and ride last weekend. I rode the Trinona sprint course both Saturday and Sunday. It felt great, and the best part was that my knee was pretty much pain-free. The new tri bike is fast! I’m definitely looking forward to some warmer weather. With all the clothing I was wearing I wasn’t 100% comfortable sitting in the aero position. I’m ready for single layers and sunshine!

Monday: Strength maintenance
Tuesday: 3,200 yd swim + 30 min run + core workout
Wednesday: AM track workout
Thursday: 60 min bike ride + core workout
Friday: 3,200 yd swim + 30 min run
Saturday: 30 min run + core workout
Sunday: Fool’s Five 8K race + 2,800 yd swim
T-156 day to Ironman Wisconsin!
