Whether you consider yourself a running rookie or a master of marathons, people have gone wild for the mud runs! While I’m still battling my triathlon bug (aka obsession) the latest member of my family – my husband – has come to enjoy the world’s messiest fitness trend. Water crossings, mud pits, leaping through fire, wall climbing and electricity may just be a few of the obstacles that you’ll come across on the course. What better way to get a final use out of a worn out pair of running shoes than taking it through miles of mud.
